DESCRIPTION OF AN HHO GENERATOR:
A HHO generator is the device which is used in a water/gas hybrid engine to produce HHO gas. This generator makes hydrogen and oxygen through a process of electrolysis. A direct electrical current is passed through water, causing it to split into its components (hydrogen and oxygen).
This direct current passes through two cylinders with water and an electrolyte. This produces a small quantity of HHO. In a nutshell, this is how a HHO generator works. The power switch on the battery remains off until the HHO gas is sucked out by the air intake valve, since an accumulation of HHO could be explosive.
An electrolyte, is added to the water. The battery begins passing current through the water, causing the water to break down into hydrogen and oxygen gases, with HHO being released at the same time.The HHO gas then travels into the air intake valve of the engine and combines with air and gasoline in the combustion chamber. The water is then heated into steam, which travels out through the exhaust.
During exhaust, the water vapor mixes with the gasoline emissions and has less effect on environmental damage. These exhaust products include carbon dioxide and nitrogen dioxide. The water is released as a vapor due to the heat produced inside of a combustion engine.
During exhaust, water helps provide an environmental benefit by purifying emissions from gasoline usage, an effective HHO design can reduce by 30%-50% or more in gasoline consumption and considerable emissions.
Emissions and air pollution from the vehicle are greatly reduced while using this supplemental hydrogen because more of your gasoline is being completely used up and not being burned in the catalytic converter.
